Q1:Are you a Manufacturer or Trading company?
A:We are the professional manufacturer of handbags ,our factory is located in Yangzhou city,Jiangsu Province,China and welcome to have a visit at your free time.
Q2:Could you make OEM&ODM design for me?
A:Yes,we are specialized in OEM/ODM design,we have professional designer,can offer the design drawing for your approval if you could share with us your idea and welcome to send your design to us as well.
Q3:What is your MOQ?
A:MOQ is based on your requirements and it can be negociated.
Q4:How about the sample fee and sample time?
A:Sample fee at most 30 dollars,and your side bear the freight fee,we can accept to return the sample fee after receive the order;Sample time is 7 to 10 days after get the sample fee.
Q5:How many days for production?
A:For new order,50-60 days after all the details confirmed and also receive the 50%deposit.
For repeat order,45-50 days.
Q6:How can I get a sample with my logo?
A:Please send us the design documents of logo;sample and logo cost will be paid by you.
Q7:How do you guarantee the quality of bags?
A:Before production,the pre-production samples will be made for checking details with Customers.During the production and packing, us professional QC to inspect the products to ensure the products in good quality and correct details.
Q8:What's your payment term?
A:The normal payment term is 50 percentage deposit before production,and balance before shipment.We prefer to choose T/T at sight,others payment terms need to be discussed.
Q9:What is the transport way?
A:Most customers would like to ship by sea,but if you want to receive the goods asap,you may choose Air or sea-air and if the quantity is less,ship by express is also workable.
Q10:How about the Package?
A:one bag put into a transparent polybag(pls note polybag can be customized printing),Welcome to send your package requirements to us.
