This machine makes use of the natural mechanical principle of water tumbling and scouring to keep the vegetables from being damaged during the whole washing process, so as to achieve the purpose of industrialized standardized process of cleaning vegetables. It can not only be used for material cleaning, removing impurities, and dewatering, but also can thoroughly remove light or small heavy impurities such as sediment, dust, and pebbles in vegetables. We can also add ozone function to effectively sterilize and remove pesticide residues in vegetables at the same time.

Machine Description: * The special design of the washing tank can turn over and wash vegetables 360 degrees. There is a sedimentation tank at the bottom of thetank, which can settle part of the sand and effectively strengthen the strength of the vortex, so as to better clean the vegetables. * Upper impurity removal drum: the initial coarse filtration separates, discharges and filters the surface floats. * Lower filter drum: three-times filtration precision filter can finely filter hair, insects and vegetable crumbs, making the circulating water cleaner.
* A valve outside the washing tank allow you to adjust the direction of the vortex without any tools.
* Each pipe has an independent valve to control the intensity of the vortex, which is suitable for different types of chopped vegetables, fruits, meat and fish.
* The vibrating screen with customized mesh and easy disassemble design make it not only effectively discharge the excess water and debris, but also easy to clean the washing tank and filter mesh.
