Product Description As temperatures decrease, rubber and plastic parts undergo a transformation, becoming hardened, brittle, and crystallized, losing their natural flexibility. Under these conditions, they are susceptible to breaking from external forces. The flash of molded products, being significantly thinner, becomes brittle before the main product itself at low temperatures. Our cryogenic deflashing machine leverages this principle, operating precisely when the flash is brittle but the product remains flexible. Utilizing high-speed, projected special plastic media, it meticulously clears out brittle burrs without damaging the product, ensuring high-quality results.
FUNCTIONS
Our state-of-the-art machine is designed for the effortless removal of flash from small rubber and plastic parts such as O-rings, gaskets, and other molded components, streamlining your production process.
Harnessing cryogenic processing technology, the flashes are initially frozen and subsequently eliminated by high-speed projection media, specifically Polycarbonate blast. This process significantly enhances the surface quality of molded rubber and plastic parts, ensuring superior finishes.
