Product Description A fiberglass water tank is a pressure vessel used to filter and soften water. It is made of food-grade PE liner, epoxy resin and fiberglass. The working pressure range of the water tank is 125PSI-150PSI, and each product will be subjected to 1.2 times more than 1.2 times of clean water pressure holding test before leaving the factory. The product has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high strength and long service life. It provides a variety of colors and models to choose from, and can be customized according to the needs of customers. The product is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, environmental protection, food, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing and other industries. In addition, the product has passed the NSF certification of the United States, the ISO9001 quality system certification and the CE certification of the European Union.

Product Process
1. [ Blow Molding ] Suitable for 5"-40" tank, [ Rotomolding ] Suitable for 42" -80" tank.
2. [ Opening of the tank ] All product accessories are self-produced and sold [ Six automatic servo injection molding machines ].
3. Four - axis four - station automatic CNC winding equipment Suitable for 5" - 14" tank; Four - axis two - station automatic CNC winding equipment Suitable for 16" - 30" tank; Four - axis one station automatic CNC winding equipment Suitable for 36" - 80" tank.
4. In order to make the epoxy resin and glass fiber integrated together, after the winding is completed, it needs to be cured in the temperature range of 60 °C for about six hours.
5. After curing the tank, the tank and the base are assembled on the epoxy self-leveling ground.
