Main purposes of the machine tool:
MKLF28-1000 is composed of four axes, of which X1 and X2 axes are transverse feed system, Z1 and Z2 axes are up and down reciprocating system of grinding wheel, and four axis two linkage NC double column compound grinder. Two grinding wheel spindle are all vertical grinding spindle, One of the grinding wheel spindle is used for grinding the inner circle and inner end face; The other grinding wheel spindle is used for grinding the outer circle and outer end face, and the grinding wheel speed has stepless speed regulation function. The grinding cycle is completed automatically (including automatic feed, automatic dressing of grinding wheel, automatic compensation, automatic rough grinding, fine grinding and automatic tool withdrawal).
Processing object:
The machine tool can grind the inner circular hole, step hole, inner end face, outer circle and outer end face of the work piece. Suitable for internal and external machining of short shafts and disk and sleeve parts with a diameter of 600 mm and a length of 500 mm or less.
