Automatic lubrication system (that works on anti friction component, ball screw and linear guideway)enables labor saving and long life of the machine.
Optional: 0.5 inch needle distance. Capable of making more patterns.
Optional: slitting system. Precisely slitting after quilting for making mattress tape.
Larger diameter of main shaft and needle bar shaft ensures the stable performance during the machine working in high speed.
Japanese famous brand bearing and precise casting spare parts are used on the machine, which ensures long life of the machine.
Automatic stop when up or bottom thread is broken, and both up and down safety infrared protection.
Delta VFD (variable-frequency driver) drives main shaft (Z shaft) and Panasoni servo driver & motor control the saddle (Xshaft) and roiler (Y shaft).
Both continuous patterns and Tack & Jump patterns (360° and 180° )are available.
Controiling system based on Windows, CAD drawing.
Automatic stop when the pre-set processing length is finished, which is saving labor and easy operation.
