Universal Flange Adaptors are designed for use on air, water, sewer and gas pipelines. The adapters are wide tolerance product and fit all popular standard pipe sizes, thus dramatically reducing the number of product to be stocked for maintenance purposes. The adapters are suitable for steel, PVC, ductile iron, asbestos cement, GRP, cast iron and concrete pipes. The greatest benefit of a universal adapter is the universal drilling, each adapter will fit both BS4504 PN10 and PN16, SABS T1000/3 and T1600/3 flange drillings, some cater for additional drillings such as BS10 Table D, E and F or ANSI flange drillings.

From DN40mm – DN600mm.
1) All the flanged adaptor are assembled by " T " bolts.
2) Bolts ,Nuts and Washers are in carbon steel Grade 4.8 , 8.8 with zinc plated ,dacromet coating or according to customer's request.
3) Body material is Ductile iron GGG500-7 .
4) Fusion bonded epoxy powder coating in blue, black or red or according to customer's request.
5) Gaskets material : E.P.D.M. , NBR or SBR .
6) Accommodate BS, DIN, ANSI flange drillings .
