A diamond dresser has a single or multiple diamonds mounted on a tip or shank by a sintering process. Diamond dressers are widely used for
truing and dressing of abrasives grinding wheels (corundum or silicon carbide)

Instruction for Use
• Clamp diamond dresser as short as possible to avoid vibrations.
• Tilt angle of the dresser should be radial 10~15 degrees.
• Infeed up to maximum 0.03mm
• Sufficient cooling must begin with dressing procedure.
• Rotate the dresser frequently can maintain a sharp point and perform ideal dressings.
• Timely remounting increases efficiency.
