1.Feature:
☆ This machine is used for cutting industrial profiles, hollow solid aluminum tubes, aluminum rods, copper tubes and
copper rods. It is simple to operate, has reliable performance, advanced technology and is easy to maintain.
☆ Using CNC control system, the control system adopts CNC interface, which is simple and easy to operate.
☆ The tool adopts carbide saw blade, which has high cutting speed, high productivity and high processing accuracy.
☆ The feed movement is driven by servo motor screw rod, with small movement resistance and high precision.
☆ The feeding mechanism adopts CNC feeding system, which is stable, reliable and efficient.
☆ High degree of automation, work clamping, sawing advance and retreat are controlled by private server system, safe,
accurate and reliable.
☆ It has automatic counting function and automatic alarm cutting function when there is no material.
☆ Only one clamping is needed to achieve continuous cutting of 6-meter aluminum profiles without tailings.
☆ Automatically save the number of cut segments when power is off
☆ Use micro-spray cooling device to save processing costs.
