APPLICATION
XKG27 series CNC Gantry Movable Boring and Milling Machine with Fixed Crossrail is independently developed by wz, with outstanding performance.
The machine is widely applied in rough and finish machining of big and middle base parts, auto parts and plane structure, complex parts. lt can carry out machining of flat surface, holes, inclined faces, inclined holes, curve faces and small faced plane of body components. The machine possesses milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping functions. Equipped with attachments, it can complete machining of five faces by single set up. CNC system can realize 3-axis simultaneous control for contour milling.
The main performance characteristics:
The hydraulic balance device is adopted to balance the weight of ram to ensure stable movement. The guideway and ballscrews are of good accuracy and stable performance. The attachment like spindle head, right angle milling head and universal head, adopts quick release coupling to realize automatic connection with ram and automatic change through 4 hydraulic oil cylinders of C axis at the bottom of ram, with a great repeatability. The indexing of C axis is controlled by spindle motor for indexing, angle encoder for measuring and high accuracy Hirth coupling for positioning (the positioning accuracy can reach ±3 seconds.) which can realized automatic indexing(1°~1°) of each attachment head. The automatic milling head change system is obtained through quick change couplings and plugs between end faces and C axis. It is possible to perform the connection of air, liquid and power circuits as well as inner and external tool cooling functions. The spindle has the function of automatic tool clamping, thanks to hydraulic cylinder located in the main transmission box or in the milling head attachment. With tool magazine, it can change tool automatically. X,Y,Z axes adopt large size section guideway to ensure rigidity and stability. The latest Siemens CNC system is adopted. The spindle motor adopts Siemens A.C. spindle motor and each feed axis adopts Siemens. A.C. servo motor. Optical scale is used for closed-loop control. Product Parameters
