Rice Cooking :
① The measuring cup is mainly used to measure the amount of rice. A flat cup of rice is 0.18L.
② Do not wash rice directly with the inner pot so as to avoid scratching its non-stick coating surface, distort it due to collison or result in lower heat efficiency due to poor contact with the electric heating plate.
1) Wash rice in accordance with the precautions above ① & ②.
2) Put washed rice into the inner pot and add water to the corresponding level (e.g. add water to level "3" if 3 cups of rice are to be cooked), add or reduce amount of water depending your personal taste of highest level.
3) After the power is switched on, the "Keep Warm" indicated light will be ON. Push the putter to the cooking position.
Press the switch below the putter, the "heating" indicating light will be on, it will start rice cooking, otherwise it can be only in "Keep Warm" state.
4) After the rice is cooked, the switch will jum and automatically enter the "Keep Warm" mode.
Porridge Cooking :
1) Wash rice in accordance with the above ① & ②, same as Rice cooking.
Then use a proper amount of salt & oil to marinate the washed rice for 15 minutes or more.
Add appropriate amount of room temperature water (NO hot water please) according to the following table:

User can increase the amount of porridge according to personal preference, but it must be in accordance with the above ratio (For example, if you want to make porridge in 1000ml, you need to fill in marinate rice in 160ml, then fill in the amount of room temperature water in 1440ml. Under no circumstances should the water supply exceed to the maximum water level. Please note when the amount of porridge increases, cooking time will also be extended accordingly.
2) After the power is switched on, the "Keep Warm" indicated light will be ON.
Push the putter to the porridge position. Press the switch below the putter, the "heating" indicating light will be ON, it will start porridge cooking, otherwise it can be only in "Keep Warm" mode.
3) The porridge function cannot automatically turn to the "Keep Warm" mode,
please follow the above cooking time as porridge and then use the manual switch to turn it off.
4) After porridge, use a spoon to stir it slightly, and add appropriate amount of salt.
5) When cooking is finished, the cooking switch will pop up and a "click" will be heard.
At the same time, the cooking light will go out and keep warm light will be ON.
If you want a best taste of cooking, please keep the rice/porridge in the pot in 15 minutes after cooked.
6) Food steaming: Put the amount of water into the inner pot.
The amount of water will depend on the food and its quantity (DO NOT exceed to the height of the steam tray)
