The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer is composed primarily of a mixing chamber and a stirrer drive device. Within the U-shaped tubular chamber, a double-layered, counter-rotating ribbon spiral agitator shaft is installed. The outer spiral ribbon, driven by power, moves materials from both ends of the U-shaped chamber toward the center, while the inner spiral ribbon pushes materials from the center toward the ends, creating a dynamic and efficient convective mixing effect. creating a convective mixing effect .
