Laboratory Single screw Extruder can be integrated by main unit and single screw extrusion unit. That can be used to simulate real production process in the laboratory. Matched well with different die heads ,many functional simulation test in laboratory environment with Capillary Die,Pipe Die,Flat Die,Coating Wire Die and Other auxiliary equipments .The screw with different diameter, length-diameter radio and compress ratio can be chosen depending on the tested materials.
Plate and sheet extrusion: suitable for extrusion of PVC, pet, PS, PP, PC and other profiles and plates.
Transmission device The transmission system rotates uniformly under the set torque condition to complete the plasticizing and conveying of the plastic by the screw. By changing the speed of the screw, to adapt to different plastic products needs. The single screw extruder platform is connected with the measurement and control host through the cross connecting block, and the distribution gear box is driven by the reducer, and the stepless speed regulation is realized with the help of the controllable device. The speed of the screw is smooth and stepless within 1 ~ 34.5 RPM. The speed of the screw can be adjusted directly in the computer control interface.
Feeding device Material depend on its own gravity by the hopper into the screw barrel, in extruder is forced conveying, feeding mouth of shoes must adapt to and head out at the exit, and lack of feed rate, not only the yield is low, and the influence to the effect of exhaust and shoes too much, and can make the machine load increase, and the risk material in the vent, Therefore, according to the material characteristics of the production products and processing conditions, adjust the feeding speed to achieve a balance with the extrusion volume.
Screw tubes Screw cylinder and plastic and screw direct friction, so the cylinder is made of nitriding steel, the inner hole by nitriding treatment, in order to achieve higher hardness and better wear resistance, and has a certain corrosion resistance. There is a heater on its outer surface, and the heat is transmitted to the material through the cylinder, so that the material can be crushed, softened, melted and plasticized. The temperature measuring point is set at the cylinder part of the heater, which can be automatically controlled within the range of the material processing temperature.
The screw It is the key parts to complete the input and plasticization of plastic, divided into feeding section (solid transport zone), compression section (melt zone) and homogenization section (melt transport zone) three sections. Because of its rotation, the powder (or granular) plastic forward, so as to achieve the purpose of compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization, the thread by different pitch segments to achieve better transportation, compaction, mixing, plasticization, and to achieve the purpose of exhaust, dehydration.

(2) Equidistant deep common gradual change type grain bar: suitable for PVC, PP, PE, PC, ABS, etc. Separating + mixing screw: suitable for high and low pressure raw materials of HDPE and LDPE. (4) barrier type mixing screw: through extrusion, barrier plasticizing, remixing, is a more general structure of the screw, suitable for: PP, PE, PA, PET, etc.. Mixing type + solid plasticizing screw: suitable for different raw materials, such as PE, PP, PC, PA, etc. Equidistant deep general gradient type powder bar: suitable for PVC, PP, PE, PC, ABS and so on. Double mixing screw: through extrusion mixing and remixing, make the raw material more fully and evenly plasticized extrusion, suitable for: PP, PE, PA, ABS, etc. Mutant screw: suitable for PA, PC, PBT, PET and other raw materials. General gradient mixing screw: suitable for PP, AS, PBT, PE, etc.
