We are specialized in manufacturing aluminum rotational molds and plastic goods proceeding. Our company has rich experience in the aluminum rotational molds industry over than 8 years . Our main products include water tank mold , kayak mold ,cooler box mold , tool box mold , water tank mold , fuel tank mold , plastic furniture mold and so on.
Besides, we are making great efforts to develop new mold and plastic products to meet different customer's requirements.
Our company has 8 sets of 3-axis C N C machines and 3 sets of rotational shuttle machines ,including 2 sets large gantry CNC machines,one of them travel distance:2.5x1.6x1 meter, the other supporting equipment over than 30 pcs ,we also have the advanced equipment 5-axis C N C machine to make sure the product 's cutting and trimming in supperior quality .
Above all ,we own the high pressure foaming machine , achieve fluorine-free foaming, which meets the environmental protection requirements of foreign markets and is cost-effective.

* 1.What's your company's main products?
Our company is specialized in the rotational molding moulds and rotational products.We can customized all kinds of rotomoulding products according to your requirements or 3D design drawing. And we also explore the plastic furniture and auto part ourselves .
* 2. What is your payment terms?
By : T/T /Westion Union /L/C Mould: 50% deposit in advance , balance should arranged after test the sample before shipment . Plastic goods : : 50% deposit in advance ,balance should arranged before shipment .
* 3.What is your delivery date?
Mold:delibery time : 35 days at least when receive deposit . Plastic good's delivery time :Depends on quantity , 1 -2 container 25-45 days , 2-4 container 45-60 days . Some goods have stock can delivery within 10 days .
* 4.How can I place order ?
Sign contract-- Pay deposit-- Production--Arrange blance shipment--loading -- Delivery
* 5.What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
Mould: Please send us some pictures and designs for checking. lf you only have product pictures.we can design the drawing. Product: 1. Please send us some pictures or drawing to checking if possible so we can do best as your request. Otherwise, we will recommend relevant products with details for your reference. 2. lf the quantity is large enough. we will make the mould based on your requirements, then produce for you. Otherwise, you have to bear the cost of the mould by yourself.
* 6.Are you willing to send sample for me?
Of course. If you decide to make a new mould in our factory, we can offer you one piece sample , and the freight is collected.
