Sintered porous titanium plate PTL has a large number of connected or semi-connected pores, and the pore structure is made up of both regular and irregular powder particles. To meet the actual needs of customers, the size and distribution of the pores as well as the porosity can be altered depending on the powder particle size combination and preparation process.
Sintered porous titanium plate PTL can reduce oxidation rate, reduce footprint and better resist bending and cracking in electrolysis applications such as hydrogen production. This material is widely used in applications such as on-site gas generation and large chimneys. Ti flakes are available in a variety of sizes and can be coated with various catalysts, such as platinum, to improve conductivity and resist oxidation. Application method in PEM electrolysis system
In a PEM water electrolysis system, the PTL(sintered porous titanium plate) is placed on the anode side of the membrane electrode assembly (MEA) to provide a conductive and porous interface for hydrogen gas evolution. The hydrogen gas produced at the anode can then diffuse through the PTL and be collected at the top of the electrolysis cell.
Package and Shipment
1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.
2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the designated place of the customer without damage.
