Main technical features:
(1) The frame is 360 mm national standard channel steel, chrome-plated hot plate 600 mm * 14 pieces, and the whole process is hot-pressed plate design structure. PLC automatically controls the platen. Temperature display, variable frequency motor. (According to different speed requirements, the number of configured hot plates is also different)
(2) The double-sided machine is to glue the single-sided corrugated paper and the surface paper after being glued, heat the heating plate, gelatinize the glue, and finalize the production of flat cardboard.
(3) The surface of the heating plate is ground, the width of the heating plate is 600mm, there are 14 heating plates in total, and the cooling and shaping length is 4 meters. The interior of the hot plate is a partition isolation structure, so that the steam flows in an S-shaped direction, and the separation function of steam and water is obvious, which improves the utilization rate of steam. The heating plate is made of container plate, which conforms to the national first-class pressure vessel standard, and is accompanied by a pressure vessel certificate and an inspection certificate.
(4) The hot plate adopts a pneumatic pressure plate structure. The lifting and lowering of the platen adopts a pneumatic structure. Standard 9 sets of spring pneumatic pressure plate
(5) The heat-conducting piping of the heating plate controls the temperature in multiple stages, and is equipped with a temperature display.
(6) The upper cotton webbing is automatically rectified and centered through the rectifying pneumatic valve, and the S-type cotton webbing tensioning device is controlled by double cylinders. The amount of tension is large,
(7) The lower belt adopts a pneumatic tensioning mechanism, which has a simple and practical structure. The left and right sides of the lower conveyor belt can be automatically adjusted to the left and right, and it can also be manually adjusted on both sides.
(8) The surface of the driving roller is covered with wear-resistant rubber, which is in a herringbone structure and has a middle height to ensure the smooth output of the cardboard.
(9) The gear of the driving part is made of cast steel ZG-500 material, and the gear is lubricated by oil immersion.
(10) The electrical components adopt international famous brands, and the devices work stably and operate reliably.
(11) The main drive motor is a variable frequency speed regulating motor, with large torque at low speed, wide speed regulation range, energy saving and high efficiency.
(12) The main frame adopts high-strength national standard profiles, with firm structure and beautiful appearance, suitable for high-speed work.
