Product Description Mixing Tank is used to disperse and mix different kinds of liquids with suspended solids evenly. It changes the traditional high-speed dispersion, sanding process, the use of high-speed rotating rotor and precision stator working chamber with the material to fully disperse and emulsify, so that the material refinement. It could be meet high/low speed mixing for low or middle viscosity products. Mixing Tank is widely used in the paint, pigment, coating, resin, ink, dyestuff, pesticide, adhesive, sealant, paste, paste-type material, lubricant, paste cosmetics, emulsion production.
Paint Production Process: batching, pre-mixing, making white paste, letdown, filtering and filling.
Paint Production Layout and Equipments:
1. Raw material charging method: liquid batching adopts pumps, flow meter, powder and additive are batched by weighting system automatically;
2. Pre-mixing: disperser or disperser with scraper or vacuumed disperser or dual-shaft disperser or platform type disperser;
3. Liquid coating milling device: basket mill or horizontal bead mill;
4. Paste-like coating milling device: three roller mill or hdyraulic three roller mill;
5. Filtering: bag filter or filter car or self-cleaning filter.
6. Filling: from 0.5kg to 50kg in semi-auto and automatic type, filling container is normally plastic and iron bucket.
