3. Hydraulic dispersion kneader is more powerful and well-distributed,works more efficiently, greatly improve productivity.
4.Hydraulic pressure ram, pressure on the compound is more stable compared with the pneumatic ram, hydraulic ram type makes the mixing more efficiently, it can save around 20%~30% mixing time per batch compared with the pneumatic ram kneader. So at the same time, it can also save 20%~30% electric power consumption cost, improve the production efficiency around 20%~30% higher.
Our hydraulic structure adopts double cylinders design, making it work more reliable and stable.
