HSC8 6-4 is a mechanical crimping plier, it's specially designed to crimping ferrule terminals (0.25-6.0mm2). In order to ensure quick and precise crimping, it's installed with ratchet mechanism, 4 crimping segments, plastic handle gip, and also can automatically open handles when complete crimping. The Blister Card Package also facilitate selling to end users.
1. It is applicable for tubular bare terminals and pre-insulated terminal on non-welding connection complied with standard electrical connection.
2. When crimping, the terminal should be put into crimping pliers laterally.
3. The demanded pressing force must be reached before the break unit automatically releases the jaw of the pliers.
4. Thus high quality crimping standard could be ensured during repeatedly crimping.
5. Due to perfect gripping position fixed and logical and light structure and the handle shape design meeting human being engineering principle, it reduces fatigue degree
