Product Description
Vulcanizing autoclaves are used to convert natural rubber into a cured and cross-linked vulcanized rubber product. They can also be employed to cure plastics. These autoclaves facilitate the transformation of raw rubber and plastic materials into finished, durable parts and products. Vulcanizing autoclaves utilize internal steam (live steam), a combination of live steam and hot air, or hot air alone. The process involves subjecting the rubber or plastic material to controlled heat and pressure within the autoclave. The heat and pressure cause the rubber molecules to cross-link, resulting in improved strength, elasticity, and durability.
