Double -side auto-feeding table precision four-column hydraulic plane cutting machine
Use and character
It is suitable for cutting all kinds of paperboard,textile,plastic and rubber material,foam ,packing material ,floor,carpet,fiberglass,soft wood sheet and etc,by the cutting die.It is especially suitable for big size and high pressure cutting.
1.PLC control screen program control,it has two kinds of cutting die setting mode to choose for cutting.(automatic and manual)
2.Double-side auto-feeding table device,it can improve the cutting efficiency.
3.Double oil cylinders,precision four-column auto-balancing link structure,which can guarantee uniform cutting depth of each cutting position.
4.When upper cutting board drops down and touches cutting die,it can automatically slow cutting to make the cutting material no size error between the top and bottom layers.
5.Equipped with centarl oil supply automatically lubricating systerm,to ensure working precision and prolong the service life of machine.
6.Operating with both hands,ensure high safety of operators.
