1. It adopts the internationally popular inverted T-shaped moving column overall bed structure, which has the advantages of high rigidity, good stability, and easy protection.
2.The main castings are made of high-grade high-quality cast iron, resin sand molding, and secondary aging treatment after rough machining to ensure the stability of precision.
3.Fully enclosed protection design, double-sided spiral chip removal structure, equipped with large-capacity cutting fluid tank and convenient machine cleaning air gun, optional chain plate type chip removal lifting device and chip storage car.
4.The standard BT50 ring spray spindle is equipped with an air curtain protection device to completely avoid the penetration of cutting fluid and dust; the spindle sleeve is cooled by circulating oil to ensure the accuracy of the spindle and prolong its service life.
5.Fast and reliable cam manipulator tool changing mechanism, with 30 standard configurations, and 40/60 chain tool magazines can be selected, and the tool discs adopt the two-way nearest tool selection method, which is fast, stable and reliable.
6.The oil-water separation structure design of the machine tool is equipped with a centralized lubricating oil recovery system, saving energy. About oil, protect the environment.

7.The three-axis ball screw is pre-stretched with double supports to optimize the transmission rigidity and reduce thermal deformation.

9.The three-axis feed drive adopts imported heavy-duty roller linear guides, and the preload is V3 level, with high load capacity and stable precision.
10.The rotary table adopts high-precision end gear positioning, which can provide 1°×360 bidirectional positioning turntable with high indexing and positioning accuracy.
The CNC turntable (option) adopts high-precision double-lead worm gear (with adjustable gap structure) transmission mode, and the clamping and releasing of the worktable are realized by the oil cylinder.

MACHINE TOOL ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA AND PROCEDURES 1. Precision of machining center: check and accept according to relevant national standards GB/T18400-2010 or Q/XZ03-2015 (for checking geometric accuracy, working accuracy, standard cutting test pieces, etc.).
2. Check and accept according to the relevant technical agreement, factory documents and configuration list signed by both parties.
3. For the machine tool with special configuration, the acceptance is divided into two parts: pre-acceptance and final acceptance:
Pre-acceptance: In accordance with the relevant content of the technical agreement and the manufacturer's factory inspection documents, the manufacturer and the user will jointly conduct an acceptance check at the manufacturer's factory, and both parties will sign and approve the acceptance, and the equipment is ready for delivery; for those that the user cannot come to the manufacturer for acceptance , can be regarded as approved pre-acceptance;
Final acceptance: at the site of use by the user, after installation and commissioning by the manufacturer's personnel to the user; the user provides the necessary general tools for installation and commissioning, and the main content of acceptance is to check the goods according to the factory documents, packing list, and accuracy test report , geometric accuracy testing, machine tool run-in verification, etc., and sign the final acceptance report after passing the test.
TRAINING AND INSTALLATION Xinzhe Factory supply the installation documents, if easy training can make video meeting by free. If need to to customer's factory to install and train, Xinzhe factory will arrange engineers go to user's factory , the cost of round-trip air ticket, board and lodging will by user, 100.00USD/days salary for each engineers.
AFTER SALES 1. From the BL date, the manufacturer will implement the "three guarantees" service for the product for one year (if the user causes damage due to his own reasons, an appropriate cost fee will be charged)
2. When the machine tool breaks down, the manufacturer can accurately judge the cause of the failure and deal with it immediately after receiving the feedback information from the user; if the cause cannot be determined at that time, a reply will be given within 24 hours; for those who need to send personnel to the scene to deal with it, According to the distance of the road, send someone to the place within a week until the fault is resolved.
