A: You can order 1pc sample for quality checking.
Q2. How long is the warranty of your products?
A: 3 years or 5 years with different prices.
Q3. Can you provide sample of your products?
A: Yes, we accept sample orders, and we can return the sample cost if there will be future bulk orders later.
Q4. What about your lead time?
A: 3-5 days for samples, 25-30 days for bulk order in off-peak season and 15 days in peak season.
Q5. Is it OK to place orders with printing my logo on your products?
A: Yes. We will send sample for approval before production based on your certification of logo using right.
