Activated carbon (also called activated charcoal, activated coal or active carbon) is a very useful adsorbent. Due to their high surface area, pore structure (micro, meso and macro), and high degree of surface reactivity, activated carbon can be used to purify, dechlorinate, deodorize and decolorize both liquid and vapor applications. Moreover, activated carbons are economical adsorbents for many industries such as water purification, food grade products, cosmetology, automotive applications, industrial gas purification, petroleum and precious metal recovery mainly for gold. The base materials for activated carbons are coconut shell, coal or wood.
Different types of activated carbon are suited for various specialized applications. Selecting the correct activated carbon
product and mesh size depends on the application and contaminants you plan to remove.
Columnar activated carbon is made from high quality coal, coconut shell and wood chips by series production process. The appearance is black cylindrical particles, widely used in gas treatment, sewage treatment, desulfurization and denitrification, solvent recovery, nitrogen machine, air separation equipment, painting workshop and other fields.

1.It is suitable for purifying all kinds of cola, juice, wine and drinking water.
2.Powder activated carbon is widely used in tap water treatment and sewage treatment because of its excellent void structure and strong adsorption decolorization ability.
3.It is mainly used in the decolorization, purification, deodorization and impurity removal of high pigment solution of sugar,
oil, food additive, chemical assistant, fuel intermediate and drug preparation.
4. Widely used in a variety of amino acid industry, such as sodium glutamate, phenylalanine and other amino acid products
decolorization, purification, deodorization, removal of impurities.5. Mainly used for decolorization and refining of various injection agents and external heat source, but also used for decolorization and refining of vitamins and other raw materials and intermediates.
6. It can be used for the purification treatment of electroplating solution, the treatment of electroplating chromium wastewater,the treatment of cyanide wastewater and other purposes.
