Our pay welder and other products have obtained CE certificates, which are issued by SGS, an internationally recognized certification company. The products meet the EU's technical safety standards, and are allowed to sale in the European Union market.

MAIN FEATURES OF PAYWELDER
Chassis:
We adopts the standard chassis of the 10T excavator. The supplier also provide chassis to Zoomlion and Sany Heavy, the first-class brand in China
Hydraulic system
All the hydraulic parts are purchased from international first class company, for example pump from YUKEN(Japan); motor from
NABTESTCO(Japan), hydraulic hose and fittings from GATES(USA), hydraulic multichannel conversion valve from PARKER(USA). All these
first-class parts can ensure no leakage for the whole machine and smoothly operation.
Electric circuit and electric control cabinet
All electrical components are selected by SIEMENS (Germany), ABB (USA) or Schneider (Germany). The design and installation of the
line is based on military standard, and the whole machine failure is almost zero.
Covering parts
Stamp molding of 2.5 mm cold rolled steel plate, which can improve strong rigidity and corrosion resistance of the whole machine.
We adopt special paint for the covering part.
Easy to transport
Our unique embedded hook design makes it easier to load. Any crane with 10 tons capacity can load our pay-welder easily.
The outer width of the track is 2300mm, which is suitable for the transportation of various types of vehicles.
Flexible driving
Referring to the hydraulic drive design of Komatsu KOMATSU excavator, our paywelder can make minor move, which ensures safety during loading and operating in narrow space.
