Intended use: The test kit is used for quantitative detection of c Canine Pancreatic Lipase (cPL) in serum. Principle of assay: The kit is used to quantitatively detect the content of cPL in serum samples by immunochromatography. The test sample is mixed with diluent, then add mixed sample into the sample hole. cPL in the sample was combined with the fluorescent labeled cPL antibody to form an immune complex. The immune complex stream reacts with the test area cPL antibody through the test zone, and generates a fluorescent signal in the reaction zone after being excited by a specific wavelength, and the signal intensity is proportional to the cPL content in the sample.
