Product Description Revolutionary PROCESSING PRINCIPLE
As temperature decreases, rubber/plastic parts undergo hardening, brittleness, and crystallization, gradually losing their flexibility. At brittle temperatures, parts break easily under external force. Typically, the flash of molded products is thinner than the product itself and becomes brittle sooner in low temperatures. Leveraging this principle, the cryogenic deflashing machine operates precisely when the flash is brittle, while the products retain flexibility. High-speed projected special plastic media strike the flashes, effectively removing the brittle burr without damaging the product. This ensures the removal of flashes while preserving the integrity of the product.
