Brief Introduction for PML:
Permanent Magnetic lifter which can greatly improve the magnetic steel material clamping efficiency. The permanent magnet lifter is a high-performance rare earth material NdFeB as the core, through the hand pull the suction cup handle rotation, thus changing the inner chimney NdFeB magnetic system, to be processed workpiece suction or release. Permanent Magnetic lifter is the machinery factory, mold factory, and other machining field widely used magnetic fixture.
Magnetic Lifters has strong magnetic path produced by NdFeB magnet which supply permanent power, On and off of the magnetic path is controlled by turning the manual handle. The lifters have the features of strong attraction, smaller volume, lighter weight, powerful lifting effort, easy and safe to operate, long-period effort and without power supply.
Permanent Magnetic Lifter Features:
1. Permanent magnetic lifter is widely used as lifting tools in factory terminals and warehouse.2. Safe and reliable, easy to operate, can be used single or combined with other machines to move long and big magnetic iron steels.3. Using high-performance permanent magnet, ensure the power and high safety.4. With a "V" style design at the bottom of lifter, can lift both round steel and steel plate.5. Maintain constant and reliable magnetism without electricity, residual magnetism approach naught.6. The maximum pull-off force as 3.5 times as rated lifting force which contribute to improve the working conditions of loading operation and labor productivity.7. The lifting have high resistance to demagnetization, the lifting value will keep constant and stable.
The permanent magnetic lifters are mainly used for lifting the steel plate and round steel, because of the light weight, ease of operation and powerful suction, magnetic lifters are widely applied in ship engineering, warehouse, transportation and machinery manufacturing.
