Titanium sintered porous getter is a non-evaporable room temperature getter material. It has the advantages of high activity and good air absorption at room temperature. After activation, it can quickly and effectively absorb oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, water vapor, etc. Among them, hydrogen absorption is reversible, usually inhaled at 500°C, and clean hydrogen is released above 500°C. Does not absorb inert gases such as helium, neon, and argon. The getter can be repeatedly activated and regenerated, and has a long service life.
The sintered titanium getter is made of spherical titanium powder as raw material, which is sintered in high temperature vacuum after compression molding. Therefore, it has high porosity and good mechanical strength.
