Copper Rod Continuous Up-casting and Rolling Production Line
1.Description:
Continuous free-oxygen copper rod up-casting production line produces large-length bright free-oxygen copper rod, tubes and pipes, flat billet and other profiles with higher conductivity and lower oxygen content, etc.
Compared with the traditional process, the features as follows: low investment, high efficiency, low production cost, simple production process, high quality, simple adjustment and no pollution.
The Production Line is composed of power frequency induction furnace, feeding system, continuous up-casting machine, limiting device, coiling take-up machine, water cooling system, temperature measurement system, electric control system and so on.
The design of all electrical control system is advanced and adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) + human machine interface (touch screen). The electrical control system controls the whole line linkage and monitors the running status.
