High-strength paper grippers,light material,small inertia,and high strength,can smoothly transfer paper in high-speed operation.The advanced gripper mechanism can adapt to various types of cardboard and corrugated paper. Front,back and side positioning mechanism ensure the precision of die cutting. Front positioning mechanism is equipped with a precision detection optical fiber switch to detect whether the paper is in place and avoid paper waste. The double-layer reinforced die-cutting frame is pneumatically locked and laid into rolling bearing guides,which is safe and easy to operate. Die cutting pressure can be adjusted either as a whole or separately. Frequency conversion control main motor,stepless speed regulation,stable operation. Pneumatic clutch and brake: the torque is transmitted by adjusting the air pressure, with low noise and good braking performance.When the machine is overloaded, automatic shutdown protection to avoid accidents. The main drive adopts the crankshaft connecting rod mechanism to reduce the movement gap,avoid the impact of the worm gear and the worm,and the die cutting pressure is large. The four corners of the movable platform are equipped with cushioning decompression springs to reduce the wear of the machine and make the machine run more smoothly.
