ISO 6330 Automatic Fabrics Water Shrinkage Tester Scope of application
It is used to test the shrinkage rate of fabrics, garments and all kinds of textiles after washing and to test the relaxation, felting and shrinkage of wool textiles after machine washing.
Instrument characteristics
1. Industrial color touch screen display, control, friendly human-machine interface is simple to use, more convenient operation. Chinese and English display can be manually selected.
2. Comply with the technical parameters of the A1 drum washing machine according to ISO 6330-2012 and GB/T 8629-2017. Presets the standard procedures specified in the latest ISO 6330-2012 and GB/T 8629-2017, but also retains the standard procedures specified in the previous edition of the standard.
3. It has manual debugging function, supports personalized programming, and provides 20 customized programming storage. Each program can be automatically cycled to work, and the number of cycles is set in the range of 1-99 times to meet various individual test requirements.
4. Dc servo motor drive to meet the needs of low speed washing, high speed dehydration personalized test.
5. The main electrical components are imported brands to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
6. The shell is made of SUS304 stainless steel wire drawing plate, and the inner and outer roller is made of mirror stainless steel plate.
