Our company established in 1960's, it used to be the second largest factory in China and the third largest factory in Asia in textile accessories. we have more than 60 years of experience specially in producing weaving reeds.
we use the correct raw materials and the latest technology to manufacture qualified terry reeds(double reeds).The distinguishing characteristic of this reed is that its dents are arranged in two rows. This double row provents entanglement of pile and ground warp ends.
This type of reed is most commonly used in weaving of terry towel and woolen fabric. It is also a producer of double reed for air jet looms to cater the existing and the future brands of the air jet weaving machinery.
Our double reeds are used for all type of airjet looms, such as Toyota,Tsudakoma,Picanol,and so on. For different fabrics, the reeds are made from stainless steel 301 and 420,it makes the weaving more efficiency. And we can make reeds with special coating when weaving special fibers, the reeds are much more strong and can be used much longer. Shelf life can reach 3 years.
