Standard test of packaged freights (surfaces,corners, and edges), etc. can be performed efficiently with a high accuracy.

The term "pre-conditioned" refers to subjecting the test sample to specific environmental conditions (such as temperature, humidity, or vibration) before performing the drop test to simulate real-world situations where products may encounter extreme environments before or during transportation, handling, or storage.
Key Features of the Pre-Conditioned Drop Test:Environmental Conditioning Chamber:
Before performing the drop test, the sample is conditioned in an environmental chamber that simulates various real-world environmental conditions. This chamber can be programmed to control temperature, humidity, vibration, or other factors that could affect the product.
The pre-conditioning process can expose the product to extreme conditions like high heat, cold temperatures, high humidity, or freezing conditions to replicate the conditions the product may face in real-life scenarios (such as storage in a hot warehouse or a frozen shipping container).
Pre-Conditioning Process:
Heat cycling (exposing the package or product to high temperatures followed by cooling).
Humidity conditioning (simulating high humidity levels, which may affect the packaging material or product quality).
Freeze-thaw cycling (exposing the product to freezing and thawing conditions).
Vibration or shock exposure (simulating impacts during transport).
The conditioning stage is designed to simulate the conditions the product will undergo during transportation, storage, or handling. This could include:
The test sample stays in the environmental chamber for a specified period to ensure it reaches a steady-state condition before the drop test is performed.
Drop Test Mechanism:
After the product is pre-conditioned, it is transferred to the drop testing machine where the pre-conditioned product will undergo a shock drop test.
The machine simulates real-world impacts by dropping the sample from a specified height or force, ensuring the product is subjected to shock forces typically encountered during handling or transportation.
The machine may feature an adjustable drop height, so the test can be tailored to simulate different types of shocks the product may experience during its journey.
Testing with Different Impact Surfaces:

In addition to simple free-fall drop tests, dynamic shock testing can be incorporated, where the impact is applied with a mechanical force or by accelerating the object before release to simulate more severe impacts.
