The main purpose of the cast coater: Printing senior art pictures, color ads, calendars, stickers trademark, trade patterns, greeting cards, invitations, bags and other fine crafts.1092mm cast coated production line is applicable to quantitative as 50-250g / m² copperplate, offset as a single sided coated paper, producing glass cards, and other senior high gloss coated paper, the total amount of coating is 10-35g / m², design speed is 30m/min.
Machine configuration: 1 set of electric device on paper, air knife coating , 2 groups of oven , Φ2000mm, (Φ1500mm) 1 set of shiny cylinder, 1 set of roll machine .

3. The production process
Paper put device - air knife coating - oven dried (3.75mx2 group) - shiny cylinder ø2000mm (ø1500) - Roll device developing out paper; cast coating cardboard; Advanced packaging paper; Calendar paper; Business Card paper ; etc Special Paper type
4. Electrical requirements:
(1) Motor: dryer used electromagnetic speed motor, torque rolls used moment speed motor.
(2) Electric control: used separate electronic control box to control.
(3) Drying oven temperature is adjusted by manual control
