The EN71 test is a standard for toys in the European Union market with the aim of reducing and avoiding harm to children. So in general CE is the certification, EN71 is the toy testing standard. The point-reading pens exported to the European Union must meet the testing standards of EN71 and obtain the CE certificate before they can be sold in the European Union.
Process for export of children's reading pens to EU EN test:
1. Fill out the application form.
2. Provide product information;
3. Send samples.
4. Test OK,
5. Issue the report/certificate.
