The radial drilling machine has a wide processing range and can be used to drill various screw holes, threaded bottom holes and oil holes of large workpieces. The radial drilling machine is used to process small and medium-sized holes on heavy or porous workpieces. It is mainly composed of a base, a column, a rocker arm, a spindle box, a spindle worktable, etc. When the radial drilling machine works, the radial arm can rotate around the column, and the spindle box can move radially on the radial arm. In this way, the drill can be aligned with the axis of each hole to be machined for hole processing. It is flexible to use. Generally, the workpiece is clamped on the workbench when drilling. When machining large workpieces, the workpieces can be clamped on the base of the drilling machine. According to the different heights of the workpiece, after loosening the locking device, the rocker arm can move up and down along the column to make the headstock and the drill at the proper height.
