I. Host part:
* The main components such as the main cylinder block and front beam are made of high-quality cast steel
* The main plunger is cold cast iron, the piston rod surface is plated with hard chrome, fine grinding, small roughness.
* The tension column is 45# steel cast and tested by flaw detection.
* The oil cylinder of shearing mechanism is inverted, stable and durable.
* Mold change cylinder for direct push type, easy operation and maintenance.
* Locking cylinder stroke can be extended, suitable for extruding seamless aluminum tube.
* Extrusion rod, extrusion tube special quenching process, effectively prolong the life of extrusion tools.
* Ingot supply cylinder external, stable and reliable.
* Flat guide rail structure, adjustable center of movable beam, easy to calibrate machine extrusion center.
II. hydraulic part:
* The system adopts high and low pressure separate configuration, differential connection, with fast response, quick and smooth action, and effectively extend the service life of the main valve.
*XC-1250T and above series aluminum extruder hydraulic system points:
i. Control system of traditional slide valve
ii, disassembly valve (VC valve system), users can choose according to their different requirements
* Proportional valve, servo valve can be added, so that the system can realize speed regulation, pressure regulation, constant speed extrusion, to meet the special extrusion process requirements.
* Imported sealing parts for high pressure, less oil leakage.
III. electric control part:
* Main motor adopts 6 pole horizontal structure, greatly prolongs the service life of pump.
* Imported programmable logic controller (PLC) control.
* The operation panel is set manually, semi-automatically/automatically, reflecting the humanized design concept.
* Imported key components for strong and weak current.
