Brief Introduction
Shanghai ATAIRAC ENGINEERED PRODUCTS INC is a high-tech enterprise that professionally engaged in producing complete equipment of steel slag comprehensive recycling. After the joint R&D with domestic well-known mining machinery Institute of the first PEY series single cylinder hydraulic jaw crusher that specified introduction by the State Bureau of Metallurgical Industry for primary crushing of steel slag, sequentially, we developed the ZM series steel slag purification mill, steel slag specialized rod mill, energy-efficient steel slag ball mill, GPY series steel slag specialized single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and other specialized equipment, which can be used in dry method and wet method production process.
Based on the different requirement of different steel enterprises, ATAIRAC developed the production process and complete equipment for dry method steel slag recycling and wet method steel slag recycling, and the production capacity can reach 500000-2000000T per year, which provides the steel enterprises multiple selection, and the steel slag is comprehensively, high efficiently recycled with zero release. So the steel enterprises can achieve cyclic development, and the conservation-oriented enterprises can get high-efficient process and equipment.
The magnetic steel slag washing, milling, magnetic separation, purification process, and slurry comprehensive recycling technology and complete equipment that developed by our company, can realize water circulation utilization, and the purity of steel slag is high (T F e > 9 0 %), the iron slag powder content can reach 55%. After the processing of ball press machine, the iron slag powder is send back to the sintering plant to replace part of the lime. The water content of tailings is low, which can be piled up for baking-free brick or permeable brick.
The dry method production process can save a lot of valuable water resource, and during the process, the steel slag goes through crushing, rod milling, magnetic separation, and then autogenous grinding, finally becomes A grade and B grade scrap steel. The steel content of slag powder can reach over 55%, and the magnetic iron content in the <5-10mm tailings is less than 2%, after heavy processing, the slag powder can be used as steel slag powder mortar or be used to produce cement, steel slag micro powder, etc.
Presently, the company has provide 700000 tons dry method production process and equipment to BAOSTEEL every year, and 1800000 tons to Tianjin steel mill, 1200000 tons to Shanxi Longmen Steel Group, 1600000 tons to Hebei HBIS, 1200000 tons to Shanxi LIHENG STEEL, the above mentioned equipment including PEY hydraulic jaw crusher, GPY steel slag hydraulic cone crusher, ZM series autogenous mill and GMBZ series rod mill. At the same time, the company also has provide wet method production process and PEY hydraulic jaw crusher, GPY steel slag hydraulic cone crusher, ZM series autogenous mill to MEISHAN STEEL, Jiangsu Gaoyou Steel, Shandong SD STEEL and Jinan STEEL.

FAQ 1. Can you give me a solution and quotation?
Answer: Of course. Kindly please tell us information such as, the capacity? (100t/h, 150t/h, 200t/h......)maximum feed size ?(300mm,400mm,500mm......) output size ? (0-5mm,5-8mm,8-15mm,15-25mm......) the usage of final products ? (for railway, road construction, building......) We will provide the best solution and quotation.
2. How long is date of delivery ?
Answer: The date of delivery is about 40 days. The date of delivery will be extended if the stone production line is too big or the clients have some special requirement.

3. How long is the guarantee period of your company's production line?
Answer: The guarantee period of our company's equipment is 13 months. Wear resistance parts and problem coursed by worker's unsuitable operation are not included.

4. What's the after sale service of your company?
Answer: The construction drawings of foundation will be supplied for our clients. What's more, we will supply installation service, workers training service, etc.

5. Can you supply wear resistance parts for us?
Answer: Of course we can supply. We have two our own casting factories and We can supply enough wear resistance parts for our clients in order to guarantee machine operation.
