This 1+1(1 mask body machine and 1 high speed ear loop welding machine) fully automatic 3 PLY face mask making machine is mainly composed of raw material conveying, nose bridge conveying, mask sheet folding and shaping, pattern welding and slicing around the mask sheet, automatic feeding to the ear loop welding unit, four-point welding ear loop welding unit , and finished product discharge. The entire mask machine is automated from the raw materials to finished masks, the whole process is controlled by PLC, and the operation is simple and convenient.
This production line not only can produce the masks for adults, but also can make child masks, the size is customized.

High Speed Fully Automatic Servo Ear Loop Welding machine:
The mask body machine and the high speed ear loop welding machine both can work separately.
The running speed of the mask body machine is 140~160pcs/minute, the running speed of the high speed ear loop welding machine is 130~140pcs/minute.

Q2: Payment term
A2: After the contract is signed, you shall pay 40% deposit, then the contract comes into effect.

Q4:Check the acceptance
A4: When receiving the goods, please check product carefully: Whether there is packing damage, leakage and whether the goods are damaged; Whether product quantity and accessories are same as required; Whether all machine details are fine. If there is any problem about machine, please take pictures and contact us immediately.

Q5:Warranty time
A5: 1) One year warranty. During the first year, if some parts need replacing, we will free provide. And we offer life-long maintenance. After warranty time, customers shall pay money for component and express fee.We can provide debugging on site and training for customers, but customers need to pay expense. In this case, the customer will pay for air tickets between China and buyer's destination and free provide accommodation and meals. 2)12 months warranty begins from the day when the machine arrives. If it can't work normally, our company will send engineers to your factory within 24 hours after receiving your notice. We still support maintenance for machine even warranty expires. Each cnc machine leaving the factory will be along with related English instructions including maintenance manual and operation manual.
