2.How to visit your factory?
A: If you want to do a field visit, please contact us to help you find the route.
If you have arrived at Changzhou airport or train station, you can contact us to pick you up directly to our factory.
If you would like to visit online, you can contact us to initiate a video conference call.
3.How should I confirm which product to choose?
A:Please tell us your actual situation. We have professional engineers and technicians to do data analysis for you and provide the best plan.
4.Can you do OEM/ODM or other customized service?
A:Of course, both our products and services can be customized according to the actual requirements of customers.
5.What specific services can you provide?
A:We can providea one-stop service: research, design, test, manufacture, sales, shipment, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment and upgrade.
All services will be customized based on the actual requirements of customers.
6.What is your payment term?
A: In general, for new customers, T/T 30%~50% as deposit, and balanced amount paid before delivery.
For regular customer, negotiable.
We will keep reporting progress to customers regularly, especially provide the ready-to-ship proof such as photos/videos/documents/logistics info of the cargo for customer to pay the balance.
7.What is your delivery terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, etc, based on the actual PO.
8.What is your delivery time?
A: The actual delivery time depends on the product types & quantity of the actual PO.
For regular standard products, normally 3 to 30 working days after receiving deposit.
If you are in urgent need, we will do our best to expedite.
9.What is the warranty period of the equipment?
A: Normally 1 year warranty.
If there are special circumstances(e.g: wearing parts), additional instructions will be provided.
10.What if there is damaged parts or the equipment does not work properly?
A: We provide 24 hours non-stop online after-sales service with technical support for any place.
We have after-sales team with experts of more than 30 years of experience service of troubleshooting and repair, who will support you to solve all the possible equipment failure.
We also have sufficient spare parts inventory, which can be shipped at any time to solve your urgent needs. Within warranty period, we will send the replaced parts and provide all relevant services for free.
