Middle consistency hydra pulper is mainly used to break various pulp boards, broken paper, and various waste papers. It has the characteristics of strong dispersing ability, wide application range, simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, etc. It is the ideal equipment for waste paper pulping at present. This series of hydraulic pulpers is suitable for both intermittent production and continuous production.
High consistency hydraulic pulper is mainly used for rapid pulping under conditions of high consistency and 60-90ºC water in the deinking process. At the same time, ink particles and fiber are separated through chemical action. Almost no size reduction of ink particles and rejects makes subsequent ink removal, screening, and cleaning processes easier and smoother. Pulp with a high degree of whiteness can be made from waste paper using less steam and chemicals with lower power consumption. High consistency hydra pulper has become the core equipment in the waste paper deinking and pulping process.
