1.Product Introduction
PVDF DY-3 RESIN for WATER TREATMENT MEMBARNE
Polyvinylidene fluoride resin DY-3 is a homopolymer of vinylidene-fluoride and has good solubility in some solvents. It is suitable for preparing membrane materials by dissolving tape casting process technology.
By the appropriate use of DY - 3 of membrane material, has good mechanical strength and toughness, not corroded at room temperature by acid, alkali, strong oxidizing agents and halogen corrosion, and is stable for fat hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon, alcohol, aldehyde and organic solvent, in hydrochloric-acid,nitric-acid,sulfuric acid and dilute, the strong alkali liquor (40%), and as high as 100 degrees Celsius temperature, its performance is basically unchanged, and resistant to gamma ray, ultraviolet radiation, in a wide temperature range can be used for a long time and basically maintain its performance.
2.Advantages PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane no energy consumption, green environmental protection, can filter out all bacteria, viruses, turbidity, spores, giardia and rust and other substances, but can retain the characteristics of essential trace elements of the human body.
