The wood pellet machine is a kind of pellet equipment commonly used in the biomass energy industry. It is a new type of fuel molding machine that uses biomass raw materials such as branches, straws, crushed and pressed into rod-shaped particles to replace coal. Wood pellet machine has flat die machine and ring die machine.
The vertical centrifugal high-efficiency ring die granulator produced by our company combines the advantages of traditional horizontal ring die and flat die granulator, and is especially suitable for biomass granulation.
Wood pellet production process :
Production process: crushing section ─ drying section ─ granulation section ─ cooling section ─ packaging section.
Production equipment: The main equipment includes: crusher, pulverizer, drum screen, mixer, dryer, granulator, dust collector, cooler, vibrating screen, packaging machine, etc.
Auxiliary equipment: conveyor, iron remover, raw material silo, finished product silo.
