Polyurethane spray/injection foaming machine FD-311A

The FD-311A pneumatic driven proportioning unit is of advanced and compact design.It is specially aimed at the applications of polyurethane foam in place.Its particular configuration facilities easy access to all its components, simplifies the control functions and significantly reduces the maintenance work.
Heating System
The heating system consists of two separate independent block heaters,Independent rapid heating to target temperature.
Proportioning Pumps
The system is including two positive displacement piston pumps, driven by a pneumatic motor.
Hose Heating System
The hose heating system is designed with 1000W each 15 meters that allows the heating of up to 90m.
Recirculation System
Recirculation of the two components allows a faster achievement of preset temperatures at the heaters before starting to spray and during temporary shutdowns.
Product Description
1.This product can be produced in two modes: quantitative filling and ordinary spraying and filling. The quantitative filling accuracy can reach 2 ml. It can be used for fish buoy or other small polyurethane molds.
2.Electronic components and seals are all imported brands, which are stable and not easy to break after long-term use.
3.The pipeline has voltage protection to ensure the safety of electricity use.
4.The machine has a leakage protector.
5.Spray gun, heated hose can be used with G/R/A/C/O.
