Usage
Planetary mixers are the ideal general purpose machine.
They are great for mixing, beating, whipping batters, cake mixes and the occasional dough or pastry. They were designed to answer to the needs of restaurants, bakeries and institutions.

Food mixers work in high performance. The agitator is designed to do planetary motion inside the
bowl where the food can be fully blent. The machines are complete with 3 types of agitator and have 3 grades of speed for different mixing purposes like flour mixing,stuff mixing, egg heating and etc.. All parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel.
Selection of Agitator and Speed
Dough Hook:
Suitable for heavy bread dough or other high viscosity food materials.Suggested amount of water is 45%-50% of the flour.
- Set the machine at LOW SPEED.
Flat Beater:
Suitable for thin bathers, cakes, mashing potatoes, and crushed,powdered, pasty food like stuffing.
- Set the machine at MIDDLE SPEED
Egg Whisk:
Suitable for mixing liquid food,whipping cream and beating eggs.
- Set the machine at HIGH SPEED
