BSP ultra fine grinder(air classifier mill) is one type grinder which can make very fine powder. For sugar grinding, the output size can be 60~1000mesh. For dried ginger and turmeric grinding, this type can also grind them into very fine powder.And this grinder can produce powder very evenly, the distribution of powder is very even.

Main Features 1) Simple structure ,easy in installation and maintenance.

Crusher part

(1) The left motor is crush motor;
(2) the right motor is classifier motor.
(3) It adopts a small screw feeder, make sure feed speed is even and controllable.
Cutter inside mill chamber
Work method:Material enters the mill chamber via screw conveyor where it is sheared and milled by fast-rotating blades.The powder passes the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. As the classification wheel is in rotation,both air force and centrifugal force act on the powder. As the particles whose diameters are greater than the critical diameter (diameter of the classification particles) have a greater mass,they are thrown back into the mill chamber to be ground again,while the particles whose diameters are smaller than the critical diameter enter cyclone separator and dust-collecting box.

BSU universal crusher
This is the smallest sugar powder mill grinder machine in our company, it has a screen in the mill chamber, which can make sugar/salt powder into 10-120 mesh, much cheaper than BSG grinding set.

BSG self-absorb grinding set
BSG self absorb grinding set is the BSU universal crusher's advanced edition.It adds cyclone,dust collecting system and blower on its basis.It can be discharged continuously without dust flying in the whole process.

(2) Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even
Rotary valve is also made of stainless steel
and to clean it and dismantle is convinient.

Pulse Dust Collecting box
(1) Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.
(2} Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.
(3) With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.
