2) The cage bottom mesh, crafted from galvanized aluminum wire, provides superior intensity and elasticity, effectively reducing chicken fatigue.
Our advanced galvanizing process significantly bolsters anti-rust properties and enhances surface smoothness, preventing injuries to chickens compared to traditional hot-dip methods.
3) The sliding door features a secure lock, making it easy to open and close, thus ensuring layers remain contained and feed stays within the trough during feeding.
4) The cage bottom, constructed from galvanized aluminum wire, boasts high intensity and excellent elasticity. Its smooth surface also helps in minimizing egg breakage.
5) The cage bottom is strategically angled at 7°, providing an optimal rolling angle to minimize egg breakage rates.
6) Space-saving square drinking pipes run along the longitudinal central axis of each tier, supplying water to both sides. Layers can access two nipple drinkers on each side.
A V-shaped trough beneath the drinking pipe efficiently captures any dripping water, keeping the manure belt dry.
7) The feeding system utilizes robust feed trolleys with a reliable driving mechanism, supported by a strong cage frame and reinforced guide rails. Each trolley is fitted with two groups of guide wheels.
Smooth rails and feed troughs ensure the guide wheels operate quietly and efficiently, providing even feed distribution.
