Abnormal MoSi2 element (customized according to the drawing)
MoSi2 element is matched with the automatic power supply system, which can not only obtain accurate constant temperature, but also automatically adjust the temperature according to the curve according to the actual needs of the production process. It has been widely used in the fields of national defense, machinery, metallurgy, light chemicals, ceramics, semiconductors, analysis and testing, scientific research, and has become the electric heating element of various electric furnaces and kilns. Tunnel kiln, roller kiln, glass furnace, vacuum furnace, muffle furnace, smelting furnace and various heating equipment are convenient, safe and reliable.
Under oxidation atmosphere and the maximum service temperature is 1800 ℃, the resistance of the silicon molybdenum rod electric heating element increases rapidly with the increase of temperature, and the resistance value is stable when the temperature is constant. Under normal conditions, the element resistance does not change with the length of service time, so the new and old silicon molybdenum rod heating elements can be mixed.

MoSi2 element has low thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, high energy saving rate, green environmental protection and other effects during use.
1. Low thermal conductivity: the thermal conductivity of MoSi2 electric heating element shall not be higher than 0.06W/m.K. The thermal conductivity of silicon molybdenum rod is only 0.03W/m.K, which is ten times lower than that of traditional high-temperature materials,
2. The inhibition efficiency of thermal insulation can reach about 90%.
3. High temperature resistance: MoSi2 element can withstand high temperature up to 1800 ℃, far surpassing other heat-resistant materials.
4. High energy saving rate: MoSi2 element has a long service life, which is more than 30% higher than the efficiency of traditional coal combustion, and its service life is also beyond the reach of coal.
5. Green and environmental protection: compared with the use of coal, the MoSi2 electric heating element is used and adjusted with the electric control cabinet, without any volatile gas, sundries, etc. The silicon molybdenum rod is made of pure inorganic materials, non-toxic and harmless, and has no volatilization at high temperature and normal temperature.
