Binbao SCL series paper roll to size sheets cutting machine adopt guillotine type cross cutting knife and equip with printing markd register to improve cutting precision. The machine can stable cut and stack lightweight paper well. We also can make online printing unit and online packaging unit for the cutting machine.
Usage:
The series model machines have a conveyor belt table,which is better to cut thin,light and slip paper rolls,such as sandwich paper,hamburger wrapper paper,and so on.Besides,it also can cut general paper,cardboard paper,pe coated paper,pvc,pet,pp and so on plastic film material from jumbo roll to sheets form. It have automatic counting sheets,automatic stop machine after cutting per batch,automatic detect mother rolls diameter,automatic tension control and so on functions. In the touch screen,you also can check machine working condition parameters. 7.Static Elimination:The machine have statics bar to eliminate the statics influence. 8.Automatic counting: The machine will automatic count the cutting sheets quantity and stop when it reach your desired sheets quantity setting in the PLC. 9.Non stop: When the operator collect the finished cutting sheets,the machine don't stop and continue cut paper sheets.
